RECYCLING... to all, it's a very common words, it's done at developed countries. To some, they've never done this kind of thing before
but this post your remind you of ways you've recycled and why you shouldn't shun your children from doing so. Below is a list of different forms of DIY(do it yourself) projects to turn wasted items into something new.
1. Calendar
This act has been done for as long as I can remember. The act of using old calenders to make cover for books. Yep, children would cut out a page from the calendar, fold it to appropriate shape so it fits in the book. They take it further by adding gum stick if available. It's a cool thing to do because when done well (the white side of the calendar is folded outwards), the child would have a big blank space (front and back) to design on (designing included the name of subject, child's name, colours and pictures). It's a fun way to show double creativity (craft and drawing). With this way the calendar wouldn't be wasted.

2. Carton
This is what crafty children often does to recycle cartons. Whenever the initial use of a carton is complete (perhaps is items are finished), these are examples of what could be created from just cartons:

Bird/small animals cage:
Children usually cut either two window sized square in opposite sides or four window sized square so whenever an animal is inside, they'll be able to view it. They could cut it in a way so it could open an lock or they cut it completely then they apply broom sticks to form protectors. Inside of the carton is then designed to be suitable for the animal

Trap:
This is a bit complex. The top is sealed completely then a door would be cut. It's not cut completely (the to sides and bottom are cut, but the top is left uncut so it could open and close). A knot would be tired to the middle of the door, then the other end would be stretched and tired to the bait. A weak broom stick would be used to wage the door from closing so whenever an animal takes the bait, the rope would would lock the door. It's a domestic trap so with this the child is around always to check the trap.
Baby sitter:
It's not actually a stroller but you could make it a stroller by making woods to form legs. This very easy technique is done by women whose children are now learning to sit. They fill the carton with clothes to balance the child. That's all

3. Floater
This floater makes parents angry children because whenever they play with it, it scatters around the house and is very difficult to clean. With this technique am about to show you, you and your children would make this (brings unity), to help you spend less (economic). Overall, you're recycling something worthless to make spending less. You're making a gun stay. If you do this well, it's arguably same as the ones in shops. Whenever you have enough, put small quantity of fuel in an open container then start breaking the floater little by little, the fuel would start dissolving the floater to make a think liquid. Keep adding floater until the fuel can't take more (you'll know because the fuel won't dissolve it anymore). If by now you still have more floaters, add little fuel and continue the process. Tightly cover the container so air can't penetrate. You can use this to gun whatever (furniture, ceramics, shoes, etc). Please take note that this project is not to be done by your child alone. Adult supervision is advised.

4. Wood
Are you perhaps throwing away some old woods, find some without nails or sharp objects on them, and are also soft then you and your child can make wooden toys (guns, houses, etc). With time and endurance, you can make whatever
