Inferiority complex

Inferiority complex could be another way of saying low self esteem. It's the feeling of been inferior to others.
For example, everyone in a party are dressed in clean cooperate clothes but only you came with tattered dirty clothes. You'll have a feeling within you that you shouldn't move everywhere, neither should you raise a high profile at the party. That feeling is called inferiority complex. This post would bring ways in which you can test for inferiority complex and ways in which you can drive it away from you.

1. Have you ever been walking in a road filled with people but not too crowded? Do you feel like always moving your hands around your body or perhaps feel the urge to always scratch your head or your fingers and elbow? That's low self esteem. This could be cause based on maybe you're dirty without reason, or you aren't proud of your clothes.

2. Get an eye contest with someone. You can measure your self esteem with the time you until you start feeling shy to continue looking (in this way, you're also measuring the other person's self esteem if he's the one that failed the test). This could be cause if maybe you think that person is more beautiful that you, or perhaps you've got acne (pimples and black spots), or if you're shy around the person.

3. Maybe everyone are assigned to do a test (perhaps in school). It's your turn, you prepared but you just feel shy to go to the platform and do it (stage fright), that's low self-esteem. It could be caused if you're not confident in your preparation and or you're either under or over dressed.

4. Everyone bringing out their phones and your just sitting, don't feel like bringing yours too, it could be because you've got a specific reason not to or because you've got low self esteem. The could be cause if your phone is not to the standard of the others or because you can't operate it.

Ways in which you can boost your self esteem:
1. Always read. If you're brilliant, you'll have high self esteem when with your class mates

2. Try to be clean so when you're walking, you're confident of yourself

3. Plan ahead so when others have what to say or do, you'll not feel alone

4. Select places to go. If you feel you won't be comfortable in a specific place, don't go.

5. Make friends with people who know your worth.

6. Get someone to pour out your feelings to. In this way, he'll know how to help you.

7. Don't talk too much. Before you'll miss a point, you won't know. People may start looking at you in a weird way bringing low self-esteem

8. Be exploited. So when people have cool topics to bring, you're not just folding your hands.

9. A good tip is that you can actually share people's confidence with them. If you've got a brother or sister or perhaps a close friend, stick with him or her so close.
