Meditation

Meditation is an act of honestly focusing your mind/thinking to a particular issue.
It'll be like you're been overwhelmed by this issue so you quietly think about it. Meditation is complete when you've found a solution to any problem you're thinking about.

This post would show what you should meditate about, how to meditate, how meditation helps you, and when's the best time to meditate.

For issues to meditate about, meditate on any happening or activity which affects you and/or you have a form of control over it. Maybe you want to change your behavior, your child's bad character is really disturbing you and you know you've got a role to play in the issue, a friend is been rude to you perhaps because of what you've once said or done. All these and other issues related to them are topics you could quietly sit and think about.

There is just one way to meditate. Be calm, open your mind (perhaps you're blaming someone for something, find a way to view the issue from the person's point of view before pointing fingers). The notes to take about meditation is, you're finding a way to correct and/or identify a problem.

Meditation helps in great ways. You'll find ways to forgive people if you think deep, you'll change a bad behavior you feel hurts others around you, you'll find ways to advice people and yourself, you'll be able to know your friends and each of their benefits to you.

Meditation should be done twice daily. In this way, you'll remember what you've been thinking about and put it in action quickly. For example there's a trend that you're into but really don't like it, meditating daily would remind you before participating that what you're trying to do is a no go zone. Speaking about twice a day, once in the morning then the other in the evening is what I mean. Start it this evening. Think about today and what you've done/said that you aren't proud of. Feel remorse while meditating. Tomorrow morning, try to find a solution to what you've thought about today. Continually doing this would change and refresh you. The people around you would feel the difference.
